How It Works

Step One: Free Consultation

Once you decide which package you think best suits you, you will be able to book a free consultation which will be  a 30-60 minute conversation with me via Zoom. Here we will discover information key to your success such as your goals, style, level and motivations. We will discover if I am good fit for you and the best possible path forward on your fitness journey.

Step Two: Initial Health and Fitness Testing

Before I start you on your program, first we need to see where you’re at. This will serve as the benchmark from which we will measure your progress. Testing will vary depending on your goal, style and level but on the whole we will keep a record of things like height/weight, resting heart rate, BMI, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular fitness, muscular endurance, posture and flexibility.

Step Three: Lifestyle Assessment and Plan

Once we have established our benchmarks from which to progress from, we will find a way to organise your lifestyle in a way which not only drives you towards your goals, but also in a way which works for you. I’ll be your coach both in and out of the gym.

Step Four: Nutritional Analysis and Guidelines*

As cliché as the saying “abs are made in the kitchen” is, it’s annoyingly true. I will not give you a “get ripped quick” fad diet plan but what you will receive are methods to develop nutritional habits that work for you and help you achieve your goals efficiently. You’ll still be able to eat the foods you enjoy, have a drink from time to time and not feel miserable when meal time comes.

Step Five: Individualised Training Program

Now for the fun part. No matter if you’re a member of the best outfitted gym in the world, or you’re at home with no equipment, we will find the perfect training program for you to reach your goals. The program we build together will be personalised, sustainable and fun all the while pushing you back into your younger body.

 

Every exercise on the program will be demonstrated in the exercise library of 400+ videos. 

Step Six: Reassessment and Fine-Tuning*

This will involve a monthly Zoom call where we will discuss what we think went well over the month, what you enjoyed and what you think could’ve been done better, both on your and my part. From here we can adjust our nutritional and exercise plans to better suit you and your goals. 

All the while you will be able to send any questions/videos/comments my way via email which will be replied to within 12hours.*
